Meet our Physicians
Thomas W. Wise, M.D.
Dr. Wise obtained
his degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine in
Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He completed his
residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of
Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Dr. Wise joined
Winchester Orthopaedic Associates in 2000. His clinical
interests include: adult reconstructive surgery, sports
medicine, shoulder surgery, and trauma. Dr. Wise is the
Team Physician for John Handley High School in
Winchester, Virginia.
In November 2007,
Dr. Wise obtained the distinction of Subspecialty
Certification in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine by the
American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Wise is board
certified and a member of the American Academy of
Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, and
Medical Society of Virginia. His interests include
spending time with his family, travel, and various
sporting activities.
