Meet our Physicians

Dennis W. Wise, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Wise obtained his degree from Cornell University Medical School in New York, NY.  He completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and a fellowship in Hand Surgery at The New York Hospital, The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY. 

Dr. Wise had worked in private practice at Winchester Orthopaedic Associates since 1974.  His clinical interests include:  hand surgery, sports medicine, arthroscopy, total joint replacements, and knee and hip surgery.  Dr. Wise supports the Deaf Olympics by attending their annual sporting event. 

Dr. Wise is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, and Medical Society of Virginia.  His interests include spending time with his family, photography, travel, bicycling, and fishing.
