Take I-81 S toward WINCHESTER.  Take the US-11 exit- exit number 317- toward VA-37/WINCHESTER/US-522 N/STEPHENSON/US-50 W.  Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.  Merge onto VA-37 S.  Take the US-50 exit toward WINCHESTER/ROMNEY.  Turn LEFT onto NORTHWESTERN PIKE/US-50 E. Continue to follow US-50 E.  Turn LEFT onto MEDICAL CIRCLE.

From Front Royal:

 Take US-522 N/N COMMERCE AVE. Continue to follow US-522 N. Take the ramp toward STRASBURG. Merge onto I-66 W.  Merge onto I-81 N via exit number 1B toward WINCHESTER.  Take the VA-37 N exit- exit number 310- toward US-50 W/ROMNEY/US-522 N/BERKELEY SPRINGS. Turn LEFT onto VA-37 N.  Take the US-50 exit toward WINCHESTER/ROMNEY.  Turn RIGHT onto NORTHWESTERN PIKE/US-50 E. Continue to follow US-50 E.  Turn LEFT onto MEDICAL CIRCLE.

From Berkeley Springs:

Start out on US-522 South (approximately 30 miles.)  Turn right onto VA-37 South toward US-50. Take the US-50 exit toward WINCHESTER /ROMNEY.  Turn LEFT onto NORTHWESTERN PIKE/US-50 E. Continue to follow US-50 E.  Turn LEFT onto MEDICAL CIRCLE.
