Shelby Dublin PT, DPT, joined CAO - Winchester as a physical therapist in December 2020. She specializes in treating upper extremity dysfunction, promoting functional movement patterns, and treating general orthopedic related injuries. Shelby has a strong passion for working with the geriatric population but also enjoys treating athletes - an interest shaped by her background as a competitive cheerleader and softball player. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree from James Madison University in 2015 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2018. Shelby is certified in trigger point dry needling and regularly incorporates this into her clinical practice. Shelby was born in Dover, Delaware but spent her childhood in Purcellville, Virginia. She currently resides in Gerrardstown, West Virginia with her husband, who is also a physical therapist.
